Are you having issues receiving money for a sale you made? I'm not seeing any sales on your ID here. Are you having problems buying something here on ebay?

Our friends in Sri Lanka are having difficulties making purchases as your country does not want you to spend outside SL. You can contact your bank and they can give you more info.

If you're confused about how a seller gets paid, you should enroll in seller school to further your experience with selling on ebay and doing it the right way.

Sri Lanka sellers receive buyer payouts in their Payoneer account. You add your bank details to Payoneer and withdraw the funds to your bank account. You can also request a Payoneer card and withdraw funds from an ATM.
