Wire transfers and local payment

Once I sign up for managed payments, will I still be able to mark an item as paid?  We are sometimes are paid by bank wire or credit card at pick up when we have large, big ticket items that are going via freight or customer pick up.  Currently, we simply mark the item as paid once we receive the cleared funds.

In other words, can we still accept payments outside of the eBay's managed payment system?

For local pick up, yes. If you go to the item in your Orders, there will be a drop down menu that will let you mark as paid.
