Will I get money back?

Ok so I bought a large order of trading cards and all of the cards went through and I was charged for all them, but this one which asked me to resend the payment.

So  I then resent the payment and also bought another card. And again I got the other card but this one card asked me to resend the payment again.

And now I just kinda over it I'm not sure if it was the seller but I then bought the card from someone else and it worked all I want to know will I get my money back for that card I tried to buy twice. Cuz the payment for that card came out of my account twice I just want to make I get it back.
