Why is shipping not included in my payment?

I charge shipping on all my listings. Why are the shipping costs not being paid out to me? While my PayPal is being charged for shipping, the shipping charge is not included in my payment from EBay. For example: I sold an item for $47.99 plus $4.79 shipping. I received a payment for $44.56 instead of $52.78. Any idea what’s happening here?

You're receiving your shipping costs. You're forgetting that the MP system pulls FVFs from your sales first.
