Why aren’t I getting paid

It says buyer paid tick dispatched tick delivered tick but the funds are not in my bank account and it shows in seller hub £0.00 available funds but it took -£12.00 from my account for fees and it says 1 sold 90 day total £253.85 which was the item that I sold but the funds are not in my account
someone please help
