Why after years can't Ebay get combining shipping right

Hello

Ebay did it once again.

Ok , A seller wouldn't combine the items into one order so I could make the purchase with the right shipping. So I've had to add all 3 items to the cart and then process the purchase.

Ebay have placed $29.99 postage on each and every item , overcharging me $59.98 in postage.

Now I have to contact them to get a refund though last time I did this, I was sent to 8 different departments with the last person saying someone would contact me in 24-48 hours to arrange a refund which never happened, so had to do a bank charge back.

Come on Ebay , by now you should of been able to fix this issue.

Unless the listing says they combine shipping don't assume that they do. Some items cannot be combined to get a savings in the shipping cost. We don't know what you bought to make any other comments, except the seller setup the listing not eBay.
