Why I cannot pay wiht PayPal?

How is it possible that I cannot make payments through PayPal despite having updated the iOS to a new version because the mobile phone does it automatically? it puts me in trouble because I can't solve the problem. the cookies are on the personal computer. On the other hand, I am using the eBay app on the iPhone and I cannot delete cookies but only remove open windows. How can I solve the problem? thank you

If I understand you correctly, Apple update your iPhone OS and  you are now unable to use PayPal on eBay, is that correct? Do you get any kind of error message? Did you try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting you phone, and then reinstalling the app?
