Why Can't I Get My Payment?

I have been trying to get my payment from eBay for an item and am at my wit's end. I haven't sold anything since before this managed payments thing was implimented and I can't get it to work for me at all.

 

They try to send my payment every single day, but there is always the same error: "We ran into a problem sending your last payout and will retry sending it. In the meantime, please verify your payout method." Except then there is no way for me verify it. When I go to click on "manage" there is no option to change anything or find out what's wrong.

 

I tried contacting customer support multiple times but have been unable to reach anyone that can help me, I only get an automated recording telling me to go to the website, which has nothing to help me. I have tried emailing daily and gotten no responses.

 

I feel like I'm just stuck, I've lost the item and I've gotten nothing in return.

Why Can't I Get My Payment?

New sellers or returning sellers that have not sold anything in the last 90 days are subject of up to 30 day hold on payout. 

Have you signed up for Managed Pay?

Payments on hold | eBay

Getting paid for items you've sold | eBay

Add one more thing, buying does not count on the payment holds.
