Where is my refund

Hello, I received two refunds from the seller. eBay also sent me an email saying that I received a refund. I am interested in the refund. I received it on 13.12.2024. So far, eBay has not transferred the refund money to me. How long does it take for eBay to transfer the refund money to my bank account?

possible reason- refunds revert back to the credit card/paypal etc- 

1.) How did you originally pay?

2.) Did you check that payment source?

I checked everything you wrote and I haven't received anything yet.

Find it under the payments tab. All transactions,

If it is real, it will be there, whether it has transferred to you or not. You cannot believe all of the emails you get.

Did you return something?

Did you open an official return case before returning?

Go to your 'purchases' and see

It could be a few days, a few weeks to a complete billing cycle before the refund shows up in your bank account.

ok the thing is this I got two partial refunds from two different sellers both sellers contacted me to make a refund and immediately after that I also got an email from eBay that I got a refund the email said that I will get the refund on 13.12.2024 to the bank card that I also paid with now it is possible that my bank has not booked this yet or is there some other problem

My guess, phony emails and lying sellers. 7 days is longer than most. 

Sometimes: 'Partials refunds' are a way for a thieving seller to get you to pass the 30 day ebay money back guarantee timeline without you opening a 'return case' (you can after, but they can 'deny' and return will close)

1.) Why were you 'awarded' these partials?

2.) Did you OFFICIALLY open a return and accept a partial THROUGH that 'refund' system?

It's not a lot of money, but one device didn't work, so one seller gave me a partial refund and I was able to keep the device.
