Where do I upload an image to for bank verifacation?

I need to verify my bank account.The micro deposits went through my bank fine but ebay could not verify.Now I need to upload an image f my bank statement but to where?

FYI. We don't use Payoneer in the United States of America so there is no Payoneer account for the OP to upload to.

On the email you got on this, it should have told you where to go to upload this info.
