Where do I input my SSN for managed payments?

So I finally setting up my managed payments, yes I waited until the last minute. I have found the area where I need to input my bank account but where do I input my SSN? When I try and use the register link I received it just takes me to my seller account page.

When I signed up, I just clicked the Payments tab in the Seller Hub.

My bank account was already listed so I just had to enter my SSN.

I’ve been searching for this info for days, as well because I skipped through the eBay managed payments just so I could get a unsold listing uploaded before I lost it. Clicking original message in inbox just says thanks for completing. This seems so messy, this is exactly why I don’t trust a company that doesn’t make finding demanded information user friendly. I went to exact link and it doesn’t display anything except “list an item” box in top right corner. See picture. I don’t want to wait til after another item sells. Anyway to have SSN entered so it doesn’t hold up payment?
