When do 1099-k forms show up?

I sold items on eBay in 2024 grossing over $5000.  I am expecting a 1099-k form to show up in my seller hub.  as of today 1/11/25 there still isn't one for 2024.  Since this information is generated electronically, I would think that it would show up by now.  Is it likely that the form will not show up until the due date of 1/31/24?  When does eBay typically issue 1099-k forms to seller accounts?

IRS Form 1099-K reports payments made to you within a given calendar year. eBay has an obligation to issue Form 1099-K to sellers who meet specific criteria. This includes, among other criteria, sellers whose transactions on eBay meet the IRS and state minimum reporting thresholds or sellers whose transactions had any backup withholding applied. We'll provide you with Form 1099-K by January 31 each year if you've received payments that meet or exceed the reporting thresholds in the previous calendar year:

it's been federal law since 2015 that tax forms be provided or mailed by jan/31

generally speaking I received mine around the same date my entire life....
the earliest you can file this year is jan 27th anyway and I haven't asked my tax guy yet (this year) but usually they won't even start actually processing them until a later date

Glad mine made it out. Maybe coming in waves to not overload the server with a million 1099's at once.
