What's going on in ebay?

 I retuned 2 items purchased this week. The status is showing refund made, refund closed but I didn't get the refund in my card. Ebay is not replying my message and all their phone numbers have been disabled.

How long ago were you notified of the refund? It can take some time for the money to be processed back to your card account.

Yes, refunds can take some days (up to a whole billing cycle) to be processed back to your payment method.

Hang in there. You don't need eBay... they can't 'hurry it along'. Good luck.

If you used a charge card, it can take a little bit for the credit to show up.  It can take up to 30 days, but it is usually much shorter than that.

Contact your credit card company and ask how long you will be waiting.

No one on this thread told you that a refund would be processed by your Credit Card company in 2-3 days.  It can take up to 30.
