Yeah i got this last year on a visa i gift card i had been using for years. Got a new visa from my bank this year and again same thing. I can buy stuff on amazon just fine but here i keep getting thus messege. Ive been getting around it before by getting ebay gift cards to oay for stuff but you cant bid or make offers anymore without first paying do thats not an option. What do i di.
