The mastercard has the correct number, expiration date, code, first and last name, internet payments enabled, 3D secure set up, works at all retailers, such as amazon. Previous old cards worked before a year ago, where are you wrong.

Did you add the secret number / cvc #?   Are you writing the correct date the way that Ebay wants it  . Example  01/30/2023 and NOT 01/30/23.   Sometimes, they just want the month and the year.
