Where do I enter microdeposits?

Can someone help with where I'm supposed to enter the microdeposits?  I received them this morning but there is nowhere to enter the two amounts.

Look at the email that came with the deposits. It should say.  Also check the messages section on your my eBay page.  See if it went into your spam folder too.

Does it take a while to get the email?  I checked spam and still have nothing that would be related to the two microdeposits.  I see this banner up top but it doesn't lead to any verification page.
