You don't even say what kind of card.  We are fellow eBayers, buyers and sellers.  Did you know we have no more access to your account information than what you care to share with us here?

Perhaps you should contact your bank or card holder for that information.  This is a Q&A forum for Ebay and none of us have any access concerning your personal data or info.

If you have used an eBay gift card, the first time the card is used it is attached to the eBay account and can no longer be used with a different account. Any unspent balance not used in the first transaction should appear as a line item at checkout that can be applied to a future purchase in that account.
