First you will need to talk to your bank as banks in Sri-Lanka are blocking foreign transactions. 

You can thank your government for that.

Have you read eBay's  Accepted Payments Policy?

Have you seen the methods of payments in listings?

They all work.  Debit or credit, VISA or Mastercard, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Discover, Amex,  ApplePay, Google Pay. it makes no difference. 

However, if you are making a payment you get the best level of protection with PayPal. Sri Lanka allows you to attach a credit card to PayPal. Then you will have 6 months protection.

If you are figuring out what methods of payments you should have as a seller do not worry about that. eBay puts the payment methods in listings.  

I see you have zero feedback. Since banks in Sri Lanka have been limiting foreign transactions if you aren't able to pay contact your bank.
