Verifying card

I have recently been trying to enter auctions but for some reason my cash app card doesn’t work even though it’s visa. It works on buying stuff now but when it comes to the auctions it won’t work. I’ve tried calling the bank and they had no clue why. I have no clue why my card works. Can someone please tell me.
