Using the Payoneer system.

I apologize right away if my question is a bit irrelevant to ebay, it's more about using the payoneer system. I am a new seller and I have no experience yet and now I have more questions than answers.
Once the money from the sale is credited to the payoneer system, can I only transfer it to my bank card or can I pay from my payoneer account to another payoneer user?

We don't use Payoneer on eBay.com. You'll have more luck asking your question on their forum.

eBay's Managed Payment system utilizes Adyen, a Dutch payment company, not Payoneer which is an American financial services company. eBay's MP system requires a bank account to which your eBay sales monies will be deposited. eBay has nothing to do with Payoneer. You will be required to have a bank account designated for any eBay sales monies to be deposited to as per the MP system criteria.
