"She the buyer should be taken off e bay, sold me a worth less sewing machine . . . is she going to try reselling it again to some else?"
Wow. There are millions of sellers on eBay -- and possibly hundreds of thousands of sewing machine sellers on eBay.
How on earth would anybody who reads these Community Forums have the slightest idea of whether that seller --
whom you mis-identified as a "buyer" --
plans to try reselling it to somebody else ???
You bought something. It didn't work out for you. If the seller agreed to refund you, send it back to the seller !!
You already left negative feedback, so the seller's feedback score is less than 100%.
All potential buyers should do their own due diligence on sellers they might buy from. They can look at that seller's feedback and see your specific negative comments. You can consider those to be your personal warning to other buyers.

If it doesn't work and they sell it again, the buyer can file an INAD and return it.
After awhile they'll get tired of paying return shipping and either get it fixed, quit selling it or sell it for parts.

If you want a refund, send it back.
What does it matter if it is resold?
Maybe the next person will be able to make it work.
Just file a return request and get your money back.

There are people who may be able to repair it so seller can get the machine repaired if they choose to do so
However, If the sewing machine is still not working for you return it
If the seller sells it again the item will most likely be returned again
and seller will lose more money
So just return it to the seller and get your refund
