Updating account details

Hello, I’ve updated my account several times but I keep receiving a message saying that I have to update it. What is missing? I can’t find any error.

I suggest talking to an eBay rep. A simple way to do this is to click on "contact us" under "Help & Contact" at the bottom of the page, and when the dialog box opens with "How can we help you?" , reply with "Have agent call me". You should then be able to select a phone number associated with your account and be given an estimated wait time. I find this works well, good luck!

Unfortunately, eBay is notorious for flagging things whether its a listing or something wrong with your account, whatever it is and then not telling you the reason. Its usually a new change that eBay implemented with new terms. Obviously they know exactly what the issue is and it wouldn't be difficult at all to tell us what the issue is but for some reason they like to keep us in the dark. I honestly couldn't tell you why they continue to make things more difficult than it needs to be.  Good luck

How long has it been since you updated everything?

Maybe they haven't got to verify the information yet?
