We moved our warehouse from Arizona to Ohio in January, updated all addresses on eBay, but did not notice that our item locations still showed Arizona. The item locations have been updated, but we have been reporting sales tax to Arizona. Is there a way to correct this, meaning to get credit for the sales tax paid in Arizona and pay it to Ohio?

Hmm since the sale tax is by the state of the purchaser, not seller this could be a problem if you are the purchaser..
Contact eBay on such...

I am an ohio llc
Does your entity have sales outside of ebay that originate in Ohio?
If not, all your ebay sales tax liabilities are paid by ebay, no?
Also, to file in Ohio, I believe you need an Ohio Vendors license to actually file.
I do file my ebay sales, I was informed to file the tax as 'exempt' on the tax line due to ebay being the actual collector of said tax. As long as I have no sales outside of ebay, that is all I do when I file.
IF I sell under this LLC outside of ebay, then I have to collect Ohio Sales Tax and remit said tax.
Based on your volume, it appears you should be filing monthly I would guess (only a tax accountant knows for sure)
I am rambling, but i hope i made sense

Isn’t sales tax paid to the state of the delivery location, not the origin? Not sure why Arizona or Ohio would get sales tax from a sale to California.

You are correct, and any sales tax collected through the ebay platform is allocated to the proper taxing authority.
Since I have a presence in Ohio, and have a sales license, I am required to file state sales tax forms.
(even if they are "zero" (0.00) This is because prior to ebay being the "collector of record" any IN-STATE sales had to be taxed the appropriate percentage of the buyers location in OHIO only. (That was the old sales tax tables and the NEXUS stuff). I then had to remit those amounts to the State quarterly.
OP...Are you speaking from a purchaser point of view?
If so, my apologies...I misunderstood your post
