Unable to update payout information

I have sold a dozen items this past month and have not received my payout. The previous account my deposits went into was closed a month ago, and I tried adding the new bank account to receive my payouts. After adding the new account to receive payout, eBay is requiring me to log into the previous payout account to verify the change. Unfortunately, the old account does not exist, so the verification cannot occur.

It has now been a month that eBay has sent payments to my old account that does not exist, and I have received no notification that payments have been sent back. Also, I am unable to call eBay to fix this issue and there is no option via their help portal to find remedy to this issue.

I’ve sold numerous items on ebay the past month, and the buyers have paid for them; however Ebay has not efficiently secured I have received payment to my account directly.

Ebay has not allowed me to update my bank account information after attempts have been made many times, and after attempting to call Ebay customer service, the customer service phone number does not work.

Should I hold back on delivering future items until I actually receive payment? Does anyone have advice or a number to resolve this issue?

This may sound stupid, but have you tried adding your new bank details first and then you should be able to make that the primary account and then delete the old one, you can not delete the old one and have no account attached.

It works like that over here, but it may be different in the US and if it does work you may need to verify with micro deposits again.

Failing that:

IMHO you should have stopped selling the moment you realized there was a problem with your selling account. If you hold back on delivering items, you could lose your ability to sell permanently.

If I were you, I would end all my listings and get my account in order first.
