Hi - I purchased an item which is too small & I need to return. When I click on return it says this item is unpaid! Yet I paid this through PayPal and have received the item. Getting in touch with the seller has not been easy and they have not replied to a number of msgs. Eventually they replied and gave me an address to return this too. I mentioned that the return button will not work for me as it says item is unpaid and asked if they could fix this. They have not responded to this and it is still showing unpaid. is it safe to return the item to the address the seller gave me without clicking on this button? Thanks.
