I’m trying to make a payment , but it’s not aaccepting the debit card information.
it’s not the first time using the card and the first time the payment went thru

click on 'contact seller', they may not accept debit cards

Ask eBay to intervene.

You're in Brazil. If the seller is in the US, you're more likely to have issues paying with a debit card.

All things constant except the seller enrolled in managed payments and payments go smoothly. eBay is loosing money due to its inaction.
