Trouble getting paid

I am still trying to get paid.  Ebay is holding thousands of dollars for some reason and I cannot find out why.  Can anyone please send me a link to actually inquire of a live person who can tell me what the problem is so I can fix it?  I have moved our selling to Etsy and Facebook's marketplace but I would still like to be paid.

There is nothing to fix.

You have no recent selling feedback.  eBay has deemed you to be an infrequent seller and that means your payouts can be held up to 30 days. Moving your listings will not speed up the payments.  If anything it will prove you rarely sell here, thus your payments will always be held.
