I've been selling on eBay for the last ten years mostly without any issues. Since they've switched to this new payment system I've had nothing but issues. They claim I've already been paid but I've gotten nothing in my account. I get nothing but canned messages to fix the issue or the blame is put on my bank. How can I talk to a live person? I need my money. They seem to not have a problem taking the fees out but not to payout.

Welcome to Managed Payments. Yours' is about the umpteenth post here today on this subject. Unfortunately, no solutions. My suggestion, Time Off on your listings until they get it fixed.

Ebay will tell you when they send your money, not when your bank will process that payment.

not true they just wont send it .. i have same issue. they were to call me 2 saturdays ago and DID NOT CALL. i called back in on the following tuesday and they were to call me yesterday and DID NOT CALL. now i try to call them yet again and the system is broken. i want my money.. getting **bleep**

I hate the New Payout System Too! Give it back to paypal where I received my money quickly !!
This new way is ridiculous!
Ebay gets their money right away, I want mine too and don't blame it on my bank!!!

Shouldn't eBay Time Away all that it can't, at the moment, possibly pay?
Or are we to believe the seller should be left holding the, uh, best advice given here?
And why is the ostrich the only one with head above sand?

Thats okay. I received notice of "We've sent your payout." Notice the payout amount they sent?
We sent your payout of $0.00 on Dec 14, 2020 to your bank account ending in XXXX. It will take 3-4 business days to reach your bank account. For more details please visit the selling section of My eBay.

I had the same problem.
Buyers paid for two items on 12/12-12/13. Payment listed as "completed" on 12/14. No money in my bank account. I called ebay yesterday and the rep said items paid for on the weekend would post on Monday. It is now 10PM EST on Tuesday. Where did the money go? What's going on?

Yep, ever since they started the new payout method I get a message the payout has been sent, and then shortly after, payment failed. I've received no money.

Sadly I've been a member of managed payments for about a year, everything worked fine until I got home last night and a message comes up on my seller hub that I need to update my account information.
It doesn't work.
It results in an error.
Every time.
And also unfortunately I am pretty sure this will result in them not being able to pay me.
Even thou it has never been a problem before.

Not to say that issues on Ayden's side are not possible, but my supposition is that payment issues are due to seller mistakes or recipient bank issues. I've been in MP since early or mid-September. I've never had one issue - payment issued yesterday, money in my bank account this morning.
