Hi - I bought an item, paid immediately by paypal.
Thought all was good, but seller has emailed me to say ebay told her to put the transaction on hold while they resolve a payment issue.
I haven't received anything from ebay or paypal - but have checked and funds came off my bank account for paypal as expected. When I click 'haven't received the item yet', I get a message saying it looks as though I haven't paid for the item yet and to contact the seller if I have.
So, I don't seem to be able to get in touch with ebay or paypal (paypal help directs me to ebay!).
Any ideas?

You are in the UK.........is the item in the US? The seller may not ship to the UK.......if item was in the UK, probably best to ask on their board.........

@chmi571711 The seller may not have the correct email address on their listing to receive the payment.
You can not file a refund request for an item that is not received until after the last estimated delivery date. You always file a refund request with eBay FIRST before you go to PayPal.
