Transaction ID without paypal

Hi so I ordered items but they never came so. I opened a case , and the seller is telling me they need a transaction ID so I can get a refund but I didn’t use PayPal so I’m not sure where to find the transaction ID. I ordered with a guest order. Can anyone help?

You need to find the email that you received when you bought the item. That will have a link in it to the item. You should be able to view the Order Details from there. The order details should be there if they are not in the email.
