Totally confused about where my payment are and how much.

I'll keep this as short as possible. Used to sell a lot years ago, but just started again.

Funds were on hold for my first sale in years, until tracking showed delivered then ebay lifted said funds.

Transaction details account shows a profit of "$169.02 net proceeds" from total sales of $195.56

But I go to  "My Funds" under PAYMENTS and it shows available funds of  $123.75. I don't understand the discrepancy.  

Furthermore I check my bank account tied to ebay and the money has not been transferred.  I have payouts set to daily.
