The email address you have entered is not linked to a paypal account

Essentially as the title says, as I try to put a listing up for an item, Ebay tells me that my email is not linked to a paypal account. I have checked and this is incorrect but I cannot seem to fix it on my own. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Re: The email address you have entered is not linked to a paypal account

I would go to PayPal and check the email addresses you have registered to your account and see which one is listed as primary.  Then you can copy and paste into you listings and see if that works. If you are using a Payment Policy, you might also try checking/editing the policy you are using.

Oh, and you also might check your linked PP address under Payment Options in your Account, although that is your buying account. It should show as verified.

If you are sure the address is correct, and you are listing an item with Immediate Payment Required, try listing the item without that requirement.

You may need to upgrade your PayPal account if you want to use that requirement.

Ebay is trying to help you.  There is likely something wrong with your address or the way you have your account on PP set up.  it is one way or the other.  So you need to look at everything closely.  It is either something you need to do on the PP side so you are properly set up to receive funds or there is an actual typo in your email address.

If you can't see the issue, try call customer service and let them help guide you.  They are seeing something that needs adjustment, you just need to find out what that is.
