The Transaction on Ebay shows pending but on my paypal show completed

i have buy iPhone through eBay before 2 month and the transaction show pending till now the seller has ship and provide a tracking information and now show delivered ,, but till now i didn't receive yet the transaction on PayPal show completed i cant cancel ,,,, i have open a not arrive yet case on eBay and i lose because eBay saying 

((we re sorry you had a problem with your purchase , however you didn't pay for the item before opening the case when you place a winning bid or buy an item you required to pay for it .

so i don't get refund and close the case

please need help what i should do now ?/ should i appeal on the case and provide them with PayPal transaction the prove its paid or i should open case on PayPal .

but I'm afraid because the tracking information show delivered lose the case please need help asap
