I find it increasingly difficult to contact eBay via phone for help.
There was a snafu with a customer payment about 10 days ago. Especially with the new system, we cannot tell if the customer payment went through. None of the articles help with our particular situation; therefore, we need to talk to an eBay person. Very frustrating.
thanks for any help you can give us. It’s almost like they’ve purposely made the phone numbers hard to find.

watch out for some on google
the best advice I have heard is to go thru FB.many have had good sucess

If the payment went through, you should see it at Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting shipment. Do you see that?

You need to talk to your seller. This is an old thread in a member to member eBay forum. No one here has your phone number. No one here knows what the issue with the dishwasher could be.
If you are having issues with a recent purchase and want guidance, you can start a new thread and get responses related to your own situation.
When jumping in on another thread, it bumps the topic to the top. Those who respond will be reading the original post and responding to that (see post #5).
