my payments section has been frozen for almost a week and I am unable to access anything else but the "payment options" page which comes up continuously.
I cannot access transactions /payouts/ available funds or funds processing. I futilely tried to get ahold of eBay but none of the phone numbers work..... the only way to get anybody to help you is to pay for it????? kind of business is eBay running here
