Successfully Linked Ebay with Payoneer, but still not allowed to sell

Got a message from Payoneer that my Ebay account is successfully linked with Payoneer on Sep 30th. But still not allowed to sell. Ebay is showing a message that I have to update my info and it leads to create a new Payoneer account. Customer Service from Ebay tells it is a global error and they are working on fixing it. But it is already more than 2 weeks passed since my first request and still no progress. Does anyone else have this issue?

Did your all the documents are approved in Payonner? After the approved by payoneer, eBay will send you a email when you're ready to sell on eBay. That says "You're All Set"

Yes, all docs are approved and I got a message from Payoneer saying all I need to do is to wait for an email from Ebay that I'm invited to managed payments. But still have no right to sell, having the same message on Seller's Board that I need to update my info, which leads to new registration with Payoneer. Asked Ebay, got a answer that they are working on fixing this glitch. Two weeks passed still nothing.

This problem has not been solved for me as well. It has been one month since I linked my Payoneer and eBay Successfully. Contacted CS for more than 15 times, every time they end up saying contact Payoneer. On the other hand, payoneer says contact eBay and this circle is not ending. Festival season is passing and there is nothing I can do to earn.

You have added to an old thread, but basically you need to be patient, it can take up to 2 weeks for eBay to advise all is well

You are located in the USA. We use managed payments in the USA ...NOT Payoneer.

To receive payments you need to link a checking account from a bank that eBay approves, and verify the micro-deposits. Then you need to attach a payment method for seller fees that aren't taken from your payout.
