I got switched to managed payments in June of 2021. I cannot figure out how to download a report for the items sold before managed payments. Items paid for with paypal. I downloaded the paypal statement but that only shows paypal fees, not record of any of the shipping. I can sort through the report and find the USPS shipping labels, but the UPS and Fed Ex labels were charged directly to the seller account. There has to be a way to get to that old account page where you viewed your detailed invoices.

The reports from before you were in MP did not change.  Before MP the reports only went back 90 days.

You can go to your PayPal account and get your detailed transaction reports from their site for January through whatever date in June you went into MP.  

Yes, PayPal will ONLY show PP fees and the such.

Your FVFs on Ebay are exactly how they were for you in previous years.  You got that information from your Monthly Seller Invoice.  Which you should have for the first part of the year before you went to MP.

That is what I'm asking I can't find where to download those monthly statements. So if I didn't download them while they were available, I'm out of luck on that information?  That's terrible, that was all the info on all of the UPS and Fed Ex packages I shipped and it was a lot.

Go to your Seller Hub

Hover over the Payment tab

A drop down menu will appear, select Reports.

I suggest once you find what you are looking for, play around in this tab.  There is a wealth of information there.  The Summary page is something you should check frequently.
