Spendable funds-I want to join but did not receive invite-How do I get link or sign up for it. 

I hope all is well guys! I do not know if I received invite. I have a rating over 300 and member about 10 years. 

Please help me find a way to join.

In your Seller Hub Click on the Payments tab scroll down to the big blue boxes one will say

"You Have $$ to Shop" Click the Enroll Now Button.
