Hi, I just started the managed payments method, and I don't know when I need to ship the item. Do I need to wait until the funds are available at my account?
You need to ship within the time that you specified in you listing. You can use the pending funds in your Managed Payments account to pay for the label. Just be sure that option is selected before you hit Pay on the label page. If you don't ship within your shipping/handling time, you will be hit with a late shipment defect.
