Setting up a Payment Option - We couldn't verify this card. Please provide a different card.

Hello,

Looking for help. 

When trying to set up a new payment method I get this error "We couldn't verify this card. Please provide a different card." I called the CC company (US Bank) and there are no blocks or restrictions on the card. 

I can't seem to find any way to talk to a real person and the Help topics are dead ends.

Any ideas?

Can you advise the type of card / name of bank?
