Does anyone now of ebay number or what I should do I sold an item on ebay and buyer received it but it's no giving her anything to confirm it. Been delivered so now I sold an item and not got paid all funds are being held from me who do I call or talk to to resolve this

Have you read about Payment Holds?

There is no need to call anyone.

Most new sellers are paid after 30 days from receipt of the item.

Buyers cannot confirm delivery, either with the carrier or with  eBay. If you have tracking showing successful delivery, you just need to wait. If you don’t, you still just have to wait. All new and infrequent sellers are subject to payment holds, and large sales or one outside of your normal selling patterns will trigger holds as well.

November 6th around that time you should get paid by eBay.

New or infrequent sellers have a 30 day hold on funds.

Keep selling items every month so there are no more holds.

All you can do is wait..calling eBay won't help.

And when item is shipped, never ask buyer if they received it...always wait for buyer to ask the question first.
