Seller not refunding, not responding to emails or dispatching the goods

Hi ,

Seller misled by photos not relating to product. Purchased on the 21st August. Requesting my money back. No response at all after 3-4 messages sent relating to refund and dispatch of product. Opened a complaint but ebay's complaining system is also not well organised. It mentions 3 days on one page and another it talks about a week for seller to respond.

Anyone can help.
