Today is Weekly Payout day (Tuesday). I opened eBay and clicked my Payments tab only to see my Available balance was the same amount as the little note below stating what was sent to me TODAY. 2 hours later I got the eBay message that they sent the Payout BUT, the Available funds still showed that amount ...
So, did they send a payout or didn't they? I know the eBay message is just that, an automatically generated message that has absolutely nothing to do with the actual timing of the money being sent to my bank. My bank may not have record of the transaction on their servers yet depending on when it was sent ... or if it was sent.
Anyone notice this on their account? Sad to say, its always something ...

The issue I am describing I think points more to Seller Hub & Managed Payments NOT updating their displays then inaccurate amounts BUT, with eBay anything is possible. I CAN speak to the disconnection between the eBay message "We sent you a payout" and it not being related to when the actual payment is sent. I did that with my bank early on, they are great and their IT completely open with how their systems works, unlike eBay of course.
Payments sent up to the bank (regardless of who is sending it) by a certain time of the day are registered on their servers the same day and get processed and placed in the checking account AND listed as Pending until the following day, providing there are no issues. Payments sent AFTER that time are rolled over to the following day and placed in the bank account marked as Pending and then available for use the next day.
At the outset of MP I was getting the message in the wee hours of the morning BUT seldom would the payment show up at the bank before that day's cut off time and they would roll over to the next day. I have also had the opposite occur, the payment is actually sent and the eBay message comes later in the day, well after the fact.
I have noticed numerous other Seller Hub display values NOT updating in a timely manner so I suspect these are all related and eventaully eBay will figure it out ... or at least I hope they do.

WRONG..........I agree the total is screwed up........doesn't account for payout..........
@dhbookds The eBay message about them sending a payout I think comes off a different server then the one that processes the money, so it is just that, a message and does not correspond to when the money is actually electronically sent. I figured that out a while ago. I think what I am seeing today is just a display update issue and was curious if others were seeing that or similar issues ...
