Scammed by a buyer

A buyer claimed I sent them a empty iPhone box and empty box pods they bought for £1250 Ebay not only gave them a refund without asking and are still going to take over £160 from my bank for fees even though I've already lost a iPhone, ear buds and the money. The weight if package clearly showed there was more than empty boxes in package. I will never shop with eBay again and will be advising everyone I know to do the same!!! Shocking service after 2 advisors told me I had nothing to worry about now to add insult to injury there gonna take a fee off me for being scammed great customer service guys really,no wonder I'm mentally ill and can't trust anyone when I can't even trust ebay the scammers!!!

I do not see any sold items on this account.

Anyways, selling high priced phones on the internet is highly risky business.  Sorry you lost your items.

You have to be extremely proficient and experienced in online venue sales to pull off phone sales consistently and have to do it without asking eBay to intervene. If you have to contact eBay as a seller, that is just asking for a debacle.

The eBay phone reps pretty much tell all sellers the same line that you received.

If there is a next time, sell items like that locally for cash.

I don't know why they allow new sellers to list items like that, knowing how bad the thieves are on those type of items.

Have a great day.
