I've had a collectible items store on eBay for many years and am a top rated seller. Suddenly, my sales are down 70% since having to switch to managed payments. Is anyone else seeing this with their sales? Has something else changed with eBay in the last month or two that I'm not aware of?

Sorry. Unless I get tagged I don't always see questions directed to me.
From many tests I have done over the past 12 months using the assorted ebay sites and the same keywords shipped to the same locations you will get distinctly different search results. My traffic from US customers/sales has definitely dropped off since I enrolled in MP.
There have also been reports of International buyers not being able to complete purchases because of how paying systems cooperate between the various countries.
I currently have an ongoing/reported issue for US buyers not being able to see services that are available with Canadapost but are blocked by eBay.

Maybe the latest round of item specific requirements is the cause.? I doubt this, as I was an early adapter of them (quite a few years ago at this point).
Maybe the 2020 Bike Boom is over.? I don't think that is it either, I still receive enough phone calls to my brick and mortar store that I need to turn of the ringer to handle the workload, but eBay remains flat.
My sales are down 66 percent since enrolling in MP. Traffic almost as much.

I work almost exclusively within a sub of Collectibles and my perception is that most of the sellers are also a significant part of the number of buyers there. I mean, that's what people who manage their collections usually do: they buy, sell, swap, trade etc.
Now, if we don't have money going through Paypal... we're not topping our paypals just to buy stuff here, are we? Especially now that we've been double crossed by Ebay and the new import limitations by Customs a bit everywhere. So that chance buy, watching for auctions, etc, is kind of slipping away. Personally, because of these changes I've lost interest and I'm selling most of my collection and not buying any more.
That second factor is relevant to all sellers here selling to Europe: everything stops at Customs now. There used to be a 22€ limit and below that value things would pass through customs and no paperwork was needed. Now everything stops at customs to pay VAT no matter what it costed and you have to do paperwork and wait days on end to get your stuff. So no way jose. People are not buying outside of Europe any more, or much less.
I don't think it has nothing to do with the pandemic now. Couriers are working normally again.
