So for two months I couldn't get verified. Had over 20 emails, more chats and phone calls, but all sorts of supports were completely and utterly useless, they just spam and copy/paste you the same thing over and over. And finally with a bit of luck I found what the problem is. Seems like the ebay system has some major issues with PDFs, they just dont receive them for whatever reason. Even that their form specifically say that PDF is accepted format. My bank generates PDF for statements and the whole time I was uploading PDF after PDF. One day I said to myself: Upload all the accepted formats, might help. After sending a .jpg of the statement I was accepted the next day. The same happened for two other accounts that were not being verified for ages with PDFs.

And if someone from ebay is reading this, you might tell your useless support to suggest uploading a different format.

How do I get a .jpg of the statement?

Depends on what you are working. If PC with Windows you can use Print Screen on the keyboard and then use paint to paste the image and save it as .jpg. Or you can open the statement on your phone, take a screenshot and mail it back to you.
