Hey everyone,
I found a simple workaround for the Checkout message/glitch, "Sorry, we can't complete your checkout at this time. Please try changing your item quantity or check your account status."
This worked for me personally, and hopefully it can for you, too.
I've attached step by step photos for visual aid, as well.
- When I had 9 items in my cart, (all of which were auctions won from 1 international seller whom of which had sent me an Invoice for my total purchase) I attempted to proceed to checkout, and received the infamous eBay message stated above.
- I clicked on one of the items within my cart, which took me to the now closed listing of that item, which states within a banner above the details of the original item listing, that, "You won this auction", and beside that statement, a "Pay now" button.
- I clicked on that "Pay now" button, which then took me straight to the "eBay Checkout" page one typically finds one on after proceeding past their Cart during the payment process - having clicked that "Pay Now" button within the banner upon the page of the closed listing, I had totally bypassed needing to view/use the Cart at all, and all 9 of the items from my cart were all present and accounted for here upon the Checkout page.
- I was then free to select my payment method as per usual, confirm, and successfully cleared my payment and place my order.
I hope this approach helps anyone else suffering the same issue.
Regards,
Dean.

Can you discuss if the mix of AU$ and US$ in the Shopping Cart
is the reason you can't move on to the eBay Checkout page?
