What does "Return Closed" mean? 

This is a vehicle part, of course, for a body shop, that does not always abide by the schedule. It took 8 days to get the part and 2 days after having it, we realized it was in deed the wrong part. The electrical is wrong.

If the seller does not accept returns and you picked a remorse reason for the return,  the seller can close the return.

I think it means you chose doesn't  fit, which isn't  covered by MBG if the seller's return policy is no returns.

You should have chosen not as described and that guarantees you get your money back.
