Retun request

Dear eBay Community team

Buyer  has not mentioned reasons to return and  He has not uploaded photos of item he received. I don't know why he request return.  please intervene to resolve this request.  I have refunded before for some buyers when they requested return with reason. I think this buyer try to receive the products free on eBay and I request to check this buyer's  behavior on eBay with Other sellers.

eBay wants you to resolve it. If it is a not as described return it doesn't  matter the reason they claim it isn't  as described. You have to provide return shipping money, a return label or a refund. That is how a return request works. You have 3 days to resolve. If you don't  and eBay has to resolve it you will get a defect.
