Retrieving original invoice before refund was applied

USPS lost a package that was insured and they keep denying my claim since February. I was forced (rightfully so) to refund the customer. USPS is asking for more information and the invoice on the order shows it as 0.00 because of the refund and they are claiming I need the original invoice. Does anyone know how I can retrieve the original before the refund so I can send to USPS?

As a seller, go into Seller Hub, Cancellations/Returns (depending on how you processed it), select the status, select the time frame it happened within for original sale (up to 18 months back), then click on "see details" on the left - should open a page with what was the original transaction purchase details & the refund processed. It is not an invoice, but it's the closest I have found to getting at it.
